We've had some discussion about Before and After pictures. What do you think?
If all are in favor, we could take the Before pics at the official weigh-in on Friday.

Lenny and I have talked about this also. We are in... I think it will be a great motivator., For me at least!!
I think pictures would be good, although in my part, fairly disgusting. But again, probably a great motivator.
